Steven T. Moulios, DO

Steven Moulios, DO, is the Regional Medical Director for the Clinix West Coast office in Bakersfield, California. He has more than 16 years’ experience as a practicing physician and nearly 10 years in providing utilization review and management.

Dr. Moulios provides utilization review and management to the County of Kern in California in his position at Clinix. He previously served as the Utilization Management Regional Physician Advisor to the state of California Correctional Health Care Services.

As a practicing physician, Dr. Moulios provided adult and pediatric care for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, where he was Physician Champion for EMR for family medicine and urgent care. He is board certified in family practice through AOBFP.
